Programs & Services
Five interconnected programs designed to meet people where they are — and walk with them toward lasting stability and opportunity.
Workforce Development
Our Workforce Development program provides structured, industry-aligned training in fields with strong local hiring demand — including construction, logistics, healthcare support, food service, and technology. Participants gain certifications, hands-on experience, and direct connections to employer partners who are committed to inclusive, second-chance hiring practices.
We don't just train people for jobs that exist today — we prepare them for careers that grow. Every participant receives a personalized employment plan, access to our employer network, and ongoing support through their first 90 days on the job.
What You'll Gain
- Industry-recognized certifications
- Direct employer introductions
- 90-day post-placement support
- Career pathway planning
Job Readiness Training
Job Readiness Training is the foundation every participant builds on. We cover the full spectrum of professional preparation: resume writing, cover letters, interview skills, workplace communication, professional dress, punctuality, and navigating workplace culture.
Our coaches work one-on-one with participants to address specific barriers — whether that's explaining gaps in employment history, preparing for background check conversations with employers, or building the confidence to walk into an interview and own their story.
What You'll Gain
- Professional resume and cover letter
- Mock interview preparation
- Workplace communication skills
- Background check coaching
Reentry Support Services
Reentry is about more than finding a job. It's about rebuilding a life. Our Reentry Support Services provide comprehensive case management that addresses the full picture: housing navigation, transportation assistance, legal barrier counseling, benefit enrollment, family reunification support, and connection to community resources.
Our case managers walk alongside participants from the moment they engage with us — meeting them where they are, without judgment, and helping them build the stability that makes employment possible and sustainable.
What You'll Gain
- Housing navigation and referrals
- Transportation assistance
- Legal barrier counseling
- Benefits enrollment support
Educational Programs
Education is the multiplier. Our Educational Programs help participants earn the credentials and skills that expand their options — from GED preparation and high school equivalency to digital literacy, financial education, and pathways to community college or vocational certification.
We partner with local educational institutions to create seamless transitions for participants who are ready to pursue further education. For many, this is the first time they've had structured academic support — and the results speak for themselves.
What You'll Gain
- GED preparation and testing support
- Digital literacy certification
- Financial literacy curriculum
- College and vocational pathways
Mentoring
Research is clear: sustained mentoring relationships are one of the strongest predictors of long-term success for individuals navigating reentry and workforce transitions. Our Mentoring program matches participants with trained community volunteers and professionals who offer consistent, non-judgmental support over time.
Mentors meet with participants regularly — in person or virtually — to provide encouragement, accountability, practical guidance, and connection to networks that participants may not otherwise have access to. Many of our mentors are themselves program graduates, bringing lived experience and genuine empathy to every relationship.
What You'll Gain
- Consistent one-on-one support
- Access to professional networks
- Accountability and encouragement
- Long-term relationship building
